Delivery Terms and Conditions
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
RETOURS & ÉCHANGES :
- Les remboursements de la marchandise et des dépôts sont acceptés à l’intérieur de 30 jours suivant la date d'expédition, sur présentation de la facture.
- Des frais de retour de 20% sont applicables. Le retour de la marchandise est au frais de l'acheteur.
- Les démonstrateurs ou les items en liquidation ne peuvent être retournés.
- Les produits de pose ne peuvent être retournés. Seules les boîtes de céramiques pleines peuvent être retournées avec des frais de 20% et doivent être retournées dans les 30 jours.
- Aucun retour accepté sur les commandes « spéciales » ou « sur mesure ».
- La marchandise ne doit pas avoir été installée ni avoir été utilisée et doit être retournée dans son état et son emballage original.
- Les échanges sont acceptés en magasin, dans les 30 jours suivant la date de l’achat, sous présentation obligatoire de la preuve d’achat. Toutefois, la marchandise échangée ne doit pas avoir été installée ni utilisée et doit être retournée dans son état et son emballage d’origine.
- Le client est responsable d’examiner toute la marchandise lors de la réception. Les éléments reçus endommagés doivent être signalés, dans un délai maximal de 72 heures suivant la réception de la commande, que ce soit pour un achat en ligne ou un achat effectué en magasin.
LIVRAISON
Livraison sur palette :
Nos produits seront livrés à l’entrée de votre domicile sur palette le plus près possible de votre maison. La livraison est effectuée par un seul homme. vous devrez prévoir votre main d’œuvre pour entrer les colis à l’intérieur. Nous communiquerons avec vous pour céduler une date de livraison si elle n'est pas planifiée lors de votre achat. Les livraisons s’effectuent du lundi au vendredi.
Petits colis : Votre commande sera expédiée par messagerie et sera livrée dans les 2 à 5 jours ouvrables (excepté régions éloignées) .
RAMASSAGE À L'ENTREPÔT
Vous pouvez choisir de ramasser votre commande directement à notre entrepôt situé au 1220, rue François-Normand, Lévis, QC G7A 0P7. Pour les ramassages en cubes, aller au portes 26 ET 30 et pour les transporteurs de 53 pieds, aller à la porte 29. Ces portes sont sur le côté du bâtiment. Pour les commandes en ligne, sélectionnez « Cueillette à l’entrepôt » et vous pouvez inscrire dans la section « commentaires » la journée où vous désirez passer récupérer votre commande. Vous devez aviser pour la cueillette 48 Heures à l'avance.

- Si votre produit fuit, dégoutte ou présente un défaut matériel ( fini, cartouche ) ou de fabrication durant la période de garanti applicable, nous nous engageons, sans aucun frais, à réparer ou à remplacer toute pièce défectueuse.
- Le transport sur les pièces de remplacement est en sus.
- Les remplacements et/ou garanti ne couvrent pas les frais de main d'œuvre.
